LAKCOM is a shopping platform that offers a set of tools that make it easy to shop from Turkey. Our tools make it easy to shop from multiple Turkish stores with a single checkout with international shipping costs included.
- Find the item you want to buy from one of the supported stores.
- Copy the product page URL of the item you would like to purchase, and paste it into the “Add item” section that you’ll find after you sign in to your account
- Select product size or variants (if available), select quantity, and then add to your LAKCOM basket.

You can only shop from supported/sponsored/featured websites. You can check out the list of supported websites here. You can also suggest a website here and we’ll get on it.
Currently we only support fashion items. We will support other product lines soon. You can see the list of prohibited items here.
We charge a small fee of 15% on the total cost of products (service charge don’t apply on shipping). But don’t worry, we guarantee that you still will be saving compared to if you bought from every website alone.
Lakcom does not own any of the products sold so it doesn’t have any profit from these sales. We manage your orders and contact stores to send your items, consolidate you items in out inventory, etc so we can give you a smooth shopping experience and to save on your purchases. The service fees help us keep giving you this service and to give you better shopping experiences.
Lakcom helps you save in multiple ways:

No. Once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
We cannot return items unless we the items wer receive are damaged or incorrect.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will cancel that item and a refund will be issued for the cost of the item (after any/all discounts) and shipping. Refunds will be made to your wallet account. Learn more about refunds here.
Many Turkish shopping websites offer global shipping for international customers, but also the prices they offer for these customers aren’t the same prices offered to local prices. However when you buy items from these websites with Lakcom, you will be charged the local prices. You can watch how it works here.
What currency will I pay in?
Currently we offer payments in USD and EUR.
Currently we only accept credit card and debit card payments.
No, unless we specify that your shipping option includes duties and taxes. Otherwise, duties and taxes are collected by the carrier that delivers your shipment. In some cases, couriers may also charge a brokerage fee to clear your package through local customs. These fees vary, and are not included in your shipping fees.
In short, orders will either be paid in US dollars or euros.
The total merchandise value in Turkish Liras will be converted into US dollars or euros depending on the shipping address based on live exchange rates.
We currently offer express shipping options with global carriers Aramex and Skynet. However we are working on providing more economic shipping options such as sea and air freight.
All you have to do is proceed to checkout and select shipping address to see how much shipping will cost to your country.

- You can track your order from the order details page after you log in to your LAKCOM account.
- You will receive an email with your order tracking number which you can use to track your shipment from the carrier company’s website.
We use weight information provided by the stores to calculate your total billable weight. In case there is no weight information available, we will use our database to give the best weight estimate for your items and calculate rates accordingly.
In some cases we may not be able to calculate accurate rates for non-standard items. If the actual weight is greater than the calculated weight, we will contact you for additional payment.
You will receive your tracking number once we receive your items from their respective stores, and hand it over to the carrier company.
You will receive your tracking number once we receive your purchases from the stores. Once we receive your purchases from the store(s) we will immediately hand your purchases to the shipping company and you will be informed about your tracking number.
Your refund will automatically be refunded to your wallet account.
Refunds will be made in the same currency of the payment currency.
Refund amount for an item is equal to the item’s original price (in Turkish Liras) after any/all applied discounts. The final item price is then converted to US dollars or Euros (depending on your order) based on the exchange rate at the time you submitted your order.
Refund = (item price – discounts) x (exchange rate)
Your shipping cost will be recalculated after removing the out-of-stock item(s). You will be refunded the difference between the original and new shipping cost.
Refund = (original shipping cost) – (new shipping cost)
Yes. You are not responsible for out-of-stock items and all refund calculations will include service charges. Note: refunded service charges are proportional to the items cost compared to the total merchandise cost.
Yes. If you want your refunds to be transferred to your card, contact us and we will transfer the refund to your card. Note: Any transfer fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
